Self Confidence = Self Love
It’s an attitude about yourself. People will always admire the person who looks confident in all the aspects, so let us know what is self-confidence?
Self-confidence is an attitude about your skills, knowledge, ability towards yourself.
Your self-confidence relies on your perceptions of yourself. If you see the positives and strengths of yourself, it will lighten your self-confidence. But if you see the negatives of yourself, it will burn your self-confidence.
So, we have two sides of self-confidence. One is about positive that is self-confidence and on the other hand low self-confidence.
Let us see, how it works within us and what are the reasons behind them, and how to overcome them from the negative side (low self-confidence).
Self Confidence:
- Trust yourself and believe in your judgment in any situation without thinking about others.
- Your perception of your work and goal should be positive.
- Avoid Criticisms.
- Learn from your mistakes than suffering from your failures.
- Change your environment in the way how you want it to be.
- Overcome your shyness be open and generous.
- Your body language also matters when it comes to self-confidence.
- Your physical health will great on your mental health. So, balancing both is very important.
Tips to avoid Low Self Confidence:
- Start to see your worth, realize your own value.
- Don’t try to attract.
- Create your own environment don’t rely on the situation (or) environment to develop yourself.
- Stop comparing yourself with others.
- Stop wasting your time on worries.
- Self-Compassion which will help you to treat yourself kindly.
- Stop being harsh (or) rude to yourself.
- Avoid self-doubt which will stop you to do things that you want to.
- Avoid the fear of failure approach it in a positive way.
Finally, I wrote the things from my favorite but none of them will do it by themselves. Pick your favorites and try to follow it.
